District Construction Manager

About the role

Join KONE as a District Construction Manager in Dallas, TX, where you will lead construction operations across a defined portfolio of new and existing building projects. You will hold full P&L responsibility and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all construction operations within the assigned district, overseeing project execution, safety, quality, and reliability.
• Manage customer relationships to achieve strong satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes.
• Oversee portfolio performance, installation practices, and operations management while optimizing resource utilization.
• Develop and coach the Delivery Operations team to maximize productivity, safety, and quality.
• Control budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of construction management experience, including people, budget, and planning oversight (8 years equivalent acceptable).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in project management and construction operations, with strong financial acumen.
• Ability to lead high‑performing teams, foster collaboration, and drive employee growth.
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Working knowledge of construction operations, contract administration, labor relations, and relevant safety/environmental regulations.
