Director of Operations & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations & Supply Chain to lead operational planning and supply chain execution across inventory, logistics, fulfillment, vendor management, and customer experience. The role will support rapid growth by building scalable infrastructure and best-in-class processes for direct-to-consumer, wholesale and retail channels. As the company’s first dedicated supply-chain leader, you will own end-to-end operations from sourcing to final-mile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply planning aligned with demand forecasts, translating sales and launch plans into inventory and procurement requirements while minimizing excess stock.
• Own supplier strategy and vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with manufacturers and 3PL partners to ensure cost-efficient, scalable service.
• Optimize fulfillment and logistics operations for DTC and B2B channels, overseeing transportation, warehousing, order processing and global import/export compliance.
• Partner with Finance and Product teams on Sales & Operations Planning to balance service levels, inventory, working capital and support launch and promotional forecasting.
• Establish and track operational KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy), use analytics to drive decisions and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee customer support operations to improve satisfaction and ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior-level experience leading supply chain, operations or logistics functions in fast-moving consumer environments.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset and ability to build systems that scale.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with finance, product development, retail, customer experience and external partners.
• Excellent analytical ability to use data for forecasting, KPI management and cost optimisation.
