Director of Operations

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, execution‑focused Director of Operations to drive operational excellence across a high‑growth B2B organization. Reporting to the CEO or COO, you will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable, efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operational strategy and execution across core functions.
• Translate company‑wide priorities into operational roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable plans.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve business processes to boost productivity and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards to surface risks and opportunities.
• Drive annual planning, quarterly OKRs, and performance reviews.
• Streamline handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Oversee tooling and systems infrastructure (CRM, ERP, project‑management, analytics platforms).
• Lead change‑management initiatives during periods of growth or transformation.
• Develop and mentor an operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven success in an operations leadership role (Director, Head of Operations, or similar).
• Strong experience building and optimizing scalable processes in high‑growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operational execution with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
