About the role
This senior leadership position drives the creation and execution of content strategies and training programs for field medical teams operating in neuro‑immunology and neuro‑degeneration therapeutic areas. The role is fully remote within the United States and works closely with cross‑functional partners to shape scientific narratives, support product launches, and enhance lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of field medical content strategies aligned with scientific, launch, and lifecycle objectives.
- Collaborate with medical strategy, HEOR, clinical, and training stakeholders to prioritize and produce compliant scientific materials.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Medical Science Liaisons, covering onboarding, therapeutic education, scientific storytelling, and coaching.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance of all internal and external resources in line with evolving regulatory standards.
- Partner with regional field leadership to tailor tools, messaging, and educational content to local healthcare ecosystems.
- Support medical congress planning, including engagement strategies, content deployment, and budget coordination.
- Collect field insights from MSL teams to continuously improve content effectiveness and training outcomes.
Required profile
- Advanced degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in medical affairs, field medical, or scientific training.
- Strong knowledge of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and industry ethical guidelines.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects in matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority.
