DevOps Solutions Engineer

About the role

Lovingly is looking for a DevOps Solutions Engineer who will combine AI‑driven automation with robust cloud infrastructure to power its gifting platform. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with product, security, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for a Nx‑based monorepo supporting Next.js and FastAPI applications.
• Automate end‑to‑end testing (Playwright, performance, security) and implement AI‑enhanced release processes with quality gates and rollback capabilities.
• Develop and manage Terraform‑based AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, multi‑tenant security, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Maintain PCI DSS compliance, manage AWS security protocols, secrets, and access controls, and integrate AI‑assisted threat detection.
• Deploy AI‑powered observability tools, configure real‑time alerting, anomaly detection, and optimize logging and monitoring dashboards.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, lead post‑mortem reviews, and mentor team members on DevOps best practices and AI‑enhanced automation.
