DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & AWS Migration

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join Indica Labs’ Infrastructure team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role focuses on owning and modernizing our CI/CD pipeline and supporting software quality assurance test environments across Windows and Linux stacks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and modernize the Jenkins‑based CI/CD pipeline.
• Lead migration of the pipeline from on‑premise infrastructure to AWS.
• Manage build servers, container images, and related infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve build, deployment, and upgrade issues.
• Integrate static analysis, code signing, vulnerability scans, SBOM generation, automated tests and notifications.
• Provision, configure, harden and maintain SQA test environments.
• Deploy Indica Labs software into SQA environments and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with development, SQA, Cloud Services and Technical Solutions teams.
• Contribute to development tasks when capacity allows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of professional DevOps experience.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Bash, Python scripting.
• Intermediate knowledge of security and networking.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS, IAM).
