Development Producer

About the role

Changing Lives Productions, the in‑house video studio of Dhar Mann Studios, is looking for a Development Producer to lead the creation and expansion of original scripted IP across digital, SVOD, and traditional media platforms. Reporting to the Head of Vertical Content, you will shape concepts from idea through worldwide release while maintaining the brand’s mission of compassionate storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, develop, and produce original scripted concepts and expand existing IP into repeatable series with strong audience hooks.
• Lead the full IP lifecycle: conceptualization, pitching, outlining, scripting, production supervision, and release.
• Compose pitches, loglines, treatments, beat sheets, outlines, pitch decks, and long‑form scripts.
• Manage and scale writer’s rooms, recruiting emerging talent and ensuring high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with digital, SVOD, vertical, and traditional media partners to adapt content for multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with production teams to oversee live production and global distribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IP development across digital, streaming, and traditional media environments.
• Strong background in conceptualizing, pitching, outlining, scripting, and supervising production.
• Ability to manage multi‑disciplinary writer’s rooms and drive creative teams.
• Excellent storytelling sense aligned with compassionate, life‑changing content.
