Developer Relations

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Developer Relations professional to help developers discover, onboard, and maximize the value of Claude Code, Claude Tag, and future AI‑powered developer products. You will act as the technical voice for the community, bridging feedback between developers and internal product teams while championing safe and responsible AI usage.

Key responsibilities

• Shape developer discovery and engagement strategies for Claude‑based products, informed by hands‑on experience and user feedback.
• Define and track metrics that measure developer success and align with business and safety goals.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure developer needs influence the product roadmap.
• Establish best‑in‑class AI developer relations practices and produce high‑quality technical content such as sample apps, tutorials, and integration guides.
• Partner with GTM, sales, and marketing to drive developer‑focused campaigns and lead community events, workshops, and outreach activities.
• Advocate for developer requirements across Anthropic, translating feedback into concrete product improvements.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience building or supporting developer‑focused products.
• Proven ability to create clear, actionable technical content and code samples.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with independent developers, partners, and internal teams.
• Passion for AI safety and responsible technology adoption.
