Developer Relations Engineer

About the role

Sierra is the leading platform for customer‑facing AI agents, working with major brands worldwide. As a Developer Relations Engineer you will help customers adopt our Agent SDK and Agent Studio, and build a global community of AI‑agent developers.

Key responsibilities

• Write the playbook for onboarding and educating customers onto Sierra’s Agent SDK and Agent Studio.
• Lead the creation and execution of developer training and enablement programs.
• Build scalable content such as technical documentation, educational videos, onboarding paths, and sample repositories.
• Develop and deploy AI Agents as an Agent Software Engineer, becoming a world‑leading expert on agent development.
• Collaborate with marketing to publish developer case studies and success stories.

Required profile

• Passion for helping customers of all sizes build exceptional AI Agents.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands‑on software development or developer‑relations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for hands‑on training sessions.
• Strong technical background with modern software development, especially developer tooling, SDKs, and APIs.
