Designer, Knits – PINK

About the role

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a senior Designer to lead the creation of commercially viable knit products for the PINK line. You will translate brand strategy and fashion trends into high‑volume collections, ensuring each piece reflects the brand’s aesthetic while meeting consumer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop seasonal knit designs with a focus on style, fit, color/print, and fabric selection.
• Research and interpret fashion trends and consumer insights to inform design direction.
• Produce design sketches, prototypes, and detailed specifications for production.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development to align designs with business goals.
• Present concepts to internal leaders and cross‑functional partners.
• Guide a mid‑size team of Assistant, Associate, and Designer staff, fostering growth and creativity.
• Identify external sources of inspiration and conduct competitor trend analysis.
• Ensure designs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fashion design, preferably within high‑volume apparel or intimate wear.
• Strong understanding of knit fabrics, construction, and fit development.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while leading a design team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
