Designer

About the role

M Booth, an award‑winning creative agency, is seeking a Designer to join its growing Creative team. You will work alongside designers, illustrators, animators and art directors to shape visual concepts for a variety of campaigns and client deliverables, spanning graphic, layout, illustration, typography, photo retouching and design systems.

Key responsibilities

• Apply design principles to produce a wide range of visual assets.
• Prepare and export digital files for social media and other platforms, adjusting sizes as needed.
• Translate brand guidelines into effective design solutions across media.
• Experiment with different visual treatments and mediums.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute conceptual ideas.
• Manage time and prioritize tasks to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Articulate design decisions to teammates, account leads and art directors.
