Designer – Brand Identity & Campaign Visuals

About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on Designer with at least two years of professional experience, preferably in an agency environment. You will work closely with a cross‑functional creative team to develop impactful brand identities, campaign visuals, and pitch presentations.
Key responsibilities
- Design across print, digital, and brand systems using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Organise copy with strong typographic hierarchy, flow, and spatial balance.
- Create cohesive brand identity systems, including logos, icons, colour palettes, typography, patterns, and layout guidelines.
- Build pitch decks, brand guides, and campaign concepts that communicate ideas clearly.
- Participate in client‑facing presentations, discovery sessions, and creative pitches as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to bring brand ideas to life.

- Collaborative mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Ability to receive feedback thoughtfully and iterate intentionally.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong prioritisation in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Personal design perspective aware of trends while developing a unique creative voice.
