Designer - Belts

About the role

We are looking for a designer to help design and develop belts for branded and private‑label collections. Reporting to the Design Director, the role is based in our New York office with a hybrid schedule (three days onsite).

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop on‑trend belts based on direction from the Design Director.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Create detailed CAD flat sketches and photorealistic renderings, as well as comprehensive tech packs and spec sheets.
• Send tech packs to overseas factories and communicate daily to manage sample development.
• Support development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proven experience designing belts and creating tech packs.
• Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with overseas vendors.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and competitive markets.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year.
