Deployment Strategist

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist at causal, you will bridge cutting‑edge AI research with real‑world impact. Working directly with high‑stakes customers, you will translate their mission into actionable AI‑driven solutions that influence physical systems such as weather forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify the core problem limiting a customer's mission and uncover hidden requirements.
• Decompose the problem into workflows and design solutions that align with how users actually work.
• Align stakeholders across the customer organization, from executives to front‑line operators.
• Own the full set of technical, operational, and organizational actions needed to achieve measurable impact.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product Managers to build and deliver AI software solutions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive complex initiatives to outcomes across multiple organizations.
• Strong problem‑decomposition and structured thinking skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership at all organizational levels.
• Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate credibly with engineers.
• Willingness to embed with customers, including travel and extended on‑site periods.
