Data Reporting Analyst – Remote (U.S.)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to support its Contingent Workforce Outsourcing, Independent Contractor, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing programs. Working remotely from anywhere in the United States, you will turn complex workforce data into actionable insights that drive performance and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations.
• Analyze program performance, SLA/KPI metrics, and workforce trends to provide strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Program Management, PMO, and business stakeholders to deliver customized reporting solutions.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Business Reviews, audits, and client reporting initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, process improvements, and standardization.
• Design reporting solutions and analytical controls for new client implementations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting processes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in data reporting, business analytics, finance, operations, IT, or workforce solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, complex formulas, data analysis, charting, and handling large datasets.
