About the Role
Join BLEHEALTH as a Data Entry Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our digital information systems. We are looking for a meticulous professional to ensure our databases are accurate, secure, and up-to-date, supporting our mission through high-quality data management.
Main Responsibilities
- Accurately input text and numerical data into company databases, systems, and spreadsheets.
- Digitize physical documents by transferring information via scanning or manual entry processes.
- Perform regular data audits to verify accuracy, identify discrepancies, and correct errors promptly.
- Maintain and update sensitive client information and confidential accounts with the highest level of discretion.
- Organize and manage digital and physical filing systems to ensure optimal accessibility and structure.
- Generate periodic reports and perform regular data backups to guarantee information security and continuity.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a natural ability to spot inconsistencies and errors.
- Strong sense of responsibility regarding the handling of confidential and sensitive information.
- High level of organization and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Required Skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40-50+ WPM).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel and Word.
- Experience with data management systems and digital filing.
- Strong data integrity and security awareness.
