About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Data Entry Clerk to support our music and film copyright team. You will work closely with coordinators and team leads to learn the process of handling Music Queue sheets and entering accurate data into our system.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and process information from Music Queue sheets.
  • Enter copyright work details into the company database.
  • Standardize and report cue sheets for film and television projects.
  • Identify publishing information and song titles on documents.
  • Collaborate with coordinators and team leads for training and quality assurance.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of music or film copyright concepts (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and follow training guidelines.

Required skills

  • Excel (hard‑skill, tested during interview).
  • Basic Adobe experience (optional).
  • Data entry proficiency.

What we offer

  • Fixed‑term contract from June 2026 to December 2026.
  • Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Hourly pay of $17‑$18 (W2).
  • Training on music and TV copyright processes.
