About the role
We are seeking a detail‑focused Data Entry Clerk to support a non‑profit organization. This permanent, fully onsite position involves accurate data management and day‑to‑day administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update donor, constituent, and organizational information with high accuracy.
- Review records for completeness, correct inconsistencies, and maintain clean data for reporting.
- Use Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud applications to manage routine record updates.
- Process numeric and text‑based information efficiently while meeting volume and accuracy targets.
- Organize incoming information and ensure timely documentation entry.
- Verify data against source materials and follow procedures to protect record integrity and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Prior experience in data entry or a related administrative support role.
- Entry‑level working knowledge of Raiser's Edge, including Blackbaud platforms such as Raiser's Edge NXT.
- Strong keyboarding ability with consistent accuracy.
- Comfort working in a permanent, fully onsite office environment.
- Solid computer skills and confidence navigating databases, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage repetitive tasks.
