About the role
The Data Entry Assistant ensures the accuracy and integrity of information by entering, verifying, and updating data across multiple systems. This role supports the organization’s operational efficiency and provides reliable data for decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Enter data from multiple sources into the database with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data completeness and correctness.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Follow data confidentiality guidelines and company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in data management is a plus.
- Experience in data entry or similar administrative roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication and proactive problem‑solving.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with database systems or data‑management software.
