Data Engineer – Full‑stack Data Stack Owner

About the role

We are looking for a technical Data Engineer to own our full data stack, from database architecture and pipelines to telemetry and reporting. You will work across multiple teams—including GTM, Core Product, and Finance—to make data reliable, accessible, and actionable for the entire company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain database architecture and data models.
• Build and orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as dbt, Airflow, or Dagster.
• Create and manage data integrations with internal and external systems.
• Own business reporting, including datasets, dashboards, metrics, and self‑serve analytics.
• Ensure data quality, observability, governance, and comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a full‑stack data role.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python.
• Hands‑on experience with data modeling, warehouse architecture, and BI‑oriented schema design.
• Proven track record building scalable backend‑heavy applications.
• Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation.
