Cycle Counter

About the role

The Cycle Counter ensures accurate inventory visibility across the facility by performing timely cycle counts and escalating any inventory issues. This role supports production operations by providing reliable data for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned cycle counts according to the scanning schedule and priorities.
• Monitor inventory condition, identifying unlabeled materials, incorrectly staged items, and location integrity concerns.
• Escalate findings to the supervisor or Inventory Control Manager.
• Maintain an inventory issue log documenting all discrepancies.
• Communicate unresolved inventory concerns that may affect production schedules.
• Follow established cycle‑counting procedures, standards, and work instructions consistently.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily scanning assignments.
• Capability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a good understanding of product flow.
• Forklift certified and flexible to adapt to direction given.
