Customer Success Manager - Commercial Content

About the role

Veeva Systems, a pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences companies, is hiring a Customer Success Manager for its Commercial Content and Medical Vault applications. The role acts as a liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, fostering collaboration and highlighting the value of the applications through proactive engagement and escalation triage. It is a full-time position based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities

• Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical applications
• Act as a trusted advisor and own the relationship with customers' business decision makers and application owners
• Liaise with Veeva Strategy, Sales, Product and/or Services stakeholders to address customer needs
• Provide strategic guidance through proactive engagement to optimise use of Veeva applications and build a customer roadmap aligned with business goals
• Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration and industry learning

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in promotional content or medical within the life sciences industry
• Experience working with large global pharmaceutical companies
• Customer-facing consulting experience
• Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Nice to have: based in North America, preferably on the east coast; 7+ years in software or consulting; SaaS/cloud experience; experience with Veeva Vault
