Customer Strategy & Operations (Valkyrie)

About the role

We are looking for resourceful generalists to own end‑to‑end customer outcomes in the revenue‑cycle space. As a "Valkyrie" you will move fluidly across functional boundaries to deliver measurable value for our healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers to ensure world‑class revenue‑cycle outcomes, from deal scoping to implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze claims data, identify root causes of denials or workflow gaps, and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation road‑maps for new customers, coordinating with engineering, product and design to launch the platform.
• Partner with internal teams (RCM, Support, Product, Design, Engineering) to develop operational and product solutions that improve collection rates and reduce time‑to‑live.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience driving business outcomes in a fast‑moving, high‑performing team.
• Systems thinker who maps dependencies and understands long‑term impact of configuration choices.
• Clear communicator able to explain complex ideas simply, both verbally and in writing.
• Resourceful, low‑ego generalist who thrives on taking ownership of ambiguous problems.

Required skills

• Data analysis of claims metrics using tools such as Excel or SQL.
• Understanding of revenue cycle management, EDI transactions and payer IVR navigation.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

What we offer

• Base salary range $95,000‑$140,000 USD, plus equity and potential incentives.
