Customer Service Representative – Remote Delivery

About the role

Join Hanger, Inc., the leading provider of orthotic and prosthetic services, as a Customer Service Representative for the Remote Delivery program. You will act as the primary point of contact for healthcare and hospital partners, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Remote Delivery program, servicing assigned sites on a scheduled route.
• Maintain product PAR levels, deliver inventory, and set up new closets in coordination with the Operations Manager.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Promote program growth by communicating with partners and recommending additional services.
• Participate in quarterly inventory processes within the assigned service area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal, time‑management, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
