Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Storage Post, you will be the frontline ambassador for a growing self‑storage operator. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, support overflow sales calls, and guide customers to the right storage solutions while upholding the company’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of inbound customer service calls and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain a 95% answer rate and monitor support queues for timely issue resolution.
• Handle rollover sales calls using provided scripts to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage customer credits and assist with claim management.
• Identify and report operational gaps or procedural issues.
• Support ad‑hoc operational projects assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support team success.

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Confidence handling customer concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in high‑pressure situations.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with others.
