Customer Line Ferry Flight Manager

About the role

Responsible for ensuring quality service and hospitality to Airbus customers during aircraft delivery in Mobile, Alabama, and for managing the ferry flight of newly delivered aircraft to the customer’s final destination.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers before delivery to arrange travel, accommodation, office space, IT access and parking.
• Coordinate site clearances, security check‑ins and provide safety briefings on arrival.
• Organise and dispatch delivery information, passenger and cargo manifests, and manage TSA/SAF compliance for ferry flights.
• Conduct ferry flight meetings, schedule catering, fueling, aircraft servicing and push‑back, and handle any departure delays.
• Provide on‑site support throughout the customer’s stay, including lunches, VIP events and title transfer processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Hospitality, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in a customer‑facing environment, preferably in aviation or high‑tempo teams.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; US citizenship required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite applications.
• Knowledge of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) processes and TSA clearance procedures.
