Customer-Focused Appointment Setter (BDC Agent)

About the role

Clay Cooley Auto Group is looking for energetic, customer‑focused Appointment Setters (BDC Agents) to create strong first impressions and schedule service and sales appointments for its dealerships. You will be the primary point of contact for inbound calls and online leads, helping drive traffic and sales through excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and internet inquiries.
• Answer customer questions, provide information, and schedule dealership appointments.
• Use CRM and lead‑management tools to update records, monitor interest, and manage inquiries.
• Contact internet leads and previous customers to set or confirm appointments and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with dealership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Inform prospects and current customers about promotions, specials, and incentive programs.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, relationship‑driven, and committed to outstanding customer service.
• Complete onboarding quickly and possess general automotive product knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficient computer and phone abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass pre‑employment screening.
