Customer Account Associate – Albertsons

About the role

Join Nestlé USA’s Account Management team to support Albertsons accounts. You will work closely with Account Directors and Managers to meet sales objectives through customer support, distributor coordination, and system administration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct trade auditing and deduction analysis, manage post‑audit claims, and resolve discrepancies while supporting profitable performance.
• Coordinate with Nestlé Retail Services on logistics, distributor touchpoints, and resolve system connectivity issues.
• Maintain customer item data, manage promotional contracts, support large‑scale planning meetings, and handle automated reporting and sample inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative, analytical, or sales support roles.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
