About the role

Ello is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead to originate, shape, and launch high‑impact creative concepts for its AI‑driven education products. You will own the end‑to‑end process from idea generation through production and real‑world testing with parents and children. The role sits within a small, mission‑driven growth team that moves at a weekly ship‑and‑test cadence, supporting Ello’s goal to democratize education worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute original video and social creative that captures attention, drives engagement, and supports product adoption.
• Collaborate with in‑house creators, external agencies, and cross‑functional partners to source, refine, and prioritize ideas.
• Write clear briefs, guide feedback loops, and manage the creative production rhythm to ensure rapid, high‑quality shipping.
• Explore unconventional channels—including guerrilla campaigns and emerging platforms—to reach parents and educators in new ways.
• Test creative concepts directly with users, analyze performance data, and double down on winning assets while iterating quickly on under‑performing ones.
• Build and scale an external creative bench as the organization grows, maintaining a pipeline of fresh talent and ideas.

Required profile

• Proven ability to take concepts from ideation to live testing in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment.
• Strong creative judgment to spot high‑potential ideas from any source.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and results.
• Comfort working with both internal creators and external agencies, balancing vision with execution speed.
