Creative Specialist

About the role

Beast Industries is looking for a Creative Specialist to lead the ideation and development of MrBeast’s YouTube video concepts. You will transform title and thumbnail ideas into fully pitched frameworks and guide them through senior leadership review.

Key responsibilities

• Receive title, thumbnail, or brief concepts and generate up to 500 raw directions per video using the internal AI creative system.
• Filter concepts down to the strongest 50‑100 based on channel history, YouTube‑first principles, challenge mechanics, performance metrics and audience behavior.
• Develop top concepts into pitch‑ready video frameworks, including challenge structure, elimination mechanics, key visual moments and emotional payoff.
• Present and defend selections in live weekly pitch sessions with senior creative leadership.
• Manage multiple concepts simultaneously, iterating through feedback until green‑lit for production.
• Document decisions and filtering logic in presentation decks.
• Maintain a living library of challenge mechanics, elimination formats and visual templates.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of MrBeast’s channel format, YouTube‑first principles and audience behavior.
• Proven experience creating YouTube content where creative choices impacted retention, watch time or audience response.
• Strong judgment about what belongs on the channel and ability to articulate that judgment.
• Comfort presenting ideas and defending them to senior leadership.
• Willingness to use AI tools daily to generate and test ideas.
