Creative Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end production of photo, video and motion‑graphics projects for our brand clients. The role sits at the heart of the creative production team, turning creative concepts into seamless executions while keeping clients, creators, vendors and internal stakeholders aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle production for client creative projects across photo, video, motion graphics and creator‑generated content.
• Own timelines, project plans, budgets, deliverables and resource allocation from kickoff through final delivery.
• Act as the central coordination point between clients, internal teams, freelancers, creators and production partners.
• Manage multiple productions simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and shifting schedules.
• Build detailed production schedules, shoot plans, call sheets and comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate locations, talent, crew, equipment, travel, permits and other logistics.
• Develop and track production budgets, ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule.
• Source, onboard and manage production vendors and external partners.
• Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to align production with brand objectives.
• Help design scalable operational systems, establish best‑practice processes and improve overall creative workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing creative productions from concept to delivery.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams, external vendors and freelance talent.
• Passion for building efficient, repeatable processes in a fast‑moving environment.
