Creative Director

About the role

Sesame is building a new class of wearable computers that blend voice agents into everyday life. As the first Creative Director, you will shape the brand’s visual, auditory, and experiential identity from day one, defining how the product looks, sounds, and feels to consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative direction across the full marketing funnel, including campaigns, editorial content, social, experiential activations, paid media, and web.
• Concept, write, and art‑direct work yourself while elevating the quality of all output.
• Build and run a mini in‑house content studio, managing internal creatives or freelancers and establishing production workflows.
• Lead external agency and production partners from concept through final delivery.
• Develop brand collaborations that enhance cultural relevance and expand Sesame’s world.
• Partner with Product and Industrial Design to maintain a consistent creative language across hardware, app, and all touchpoints.
• Work with brand and product marketing to craft campaigns that delight users and break through culturally.

Required profile

• 8+ years of creative experience with consumer brands, demonstrated through a strong portfolio with editorial, campaign, and experiential work.
• Proven ability to act as a player‑coach, producing work personally while scaling output through teams and partners.
• Passion for building consumer brands and a distinctive editorial voice.
• Comfort collaborating closely with product, design, and marketing teams.
