Creative Designer – Agency Role

About the role

IMA is a people‑first creative agency seeking a passionate Designer to bring bold ideas to life. You will work on a variety of briefs, turning concepts into engaging campaigns, retail activations, and brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality design solutions from creative briefs.
• Interpret briefs and create thoughtful, engaging visual concepts.
• Generate fresh ideas and contribute to creative development across projects.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, copywriters, photographers, and production teams.
• Present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Support pitch work and presentations as needed.
• Manage workload, estimate project timings, and maintain high creative standards.
• Coach and support junior team members where appropriate.

Required profile

• Experience delivering creative work in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong grounding in design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Passion for continuous creative and technical development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, positive attitude.
