Creative Assistant – Television Production

About the role

MGM Television, a leading division of Amazon MGM Studios, is seeking a Creative Assistant to support its fast‑paced development and production teams. The role blends administrative excellence with a passion for television, offering exposure to all facets of scripted content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex executive calendar, including meetings, travel arrangements, and events across multiple time zones.
• Handle a high volume of calls, organize expenses, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings with meticulous attention to detail.
• Evaluate incoming creative material and track key deliverables.
• Organize, maintain, and protect confidential files, documents, and presentations.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentation decks.
• Stay current on industry trends, key players, and relevant news.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sound judgment in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passion for television and willingness to learn all aspects of development and production.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
