Cranberry Conversion Operations Manager

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Cranberry Conversion Operations Manager to lead fruit operations for its manufacturing network. Based at the corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA, this hybrid position offers flexibility with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Control and optimize storage, inter‑area transportation and usage of fruit, juice, presscake, essence and concentrate.
• Ensure OS plants and international customers receive correct quality attributes on time at the desired location.
• Represent the Conversion team in corporate and network meetings.
• Develop and manage long‑term strategic fruit utilization models.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in freezer operations, temperature control, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of beverage, conversion and receiving operations.
• Highly organized with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player with familiarity of finance systems such as SAP.
