About the role

Netflix’s Experiences Business & Legal Affairs team is seeking a Counsel to provide legal support for its ticketed, location‑based entertainment initiatives, including Netflix House and immersive productions tied to Netflix titles. The role is based in Los Angeles and works closely with business, creative, marketing and operations partners.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a high volume of vendor, agency and service provider agreements related to ticketing, venue operations and event sales.
• Support group and event sales contracts and collaborate with Marketing on programming and promotional materials.
• Partner with Real Estate and Workplace teams on safety, employment, incident management, permitting and other location‑specific compliance matters.
• Liaise with Tax, Accounting, Finance and the broader Netflix legal organization to align on commercial and regulatory issues.
• Provide practical legal advice that balances business objectives with risk management for immersive experiences.

Required profile

• J.D. or equivalent degree with substantive experience in commercial contracts and entertainment or location‑based business law.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, operations, marketing and finance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive and curious mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
