Corporate Development Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and detail‑oriented Corporate Development Analyst to join our fast‑growing financial services company. In this position you will support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnership opportunities across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions in partnership with senior leadership and business unit heads.
• Assist throughout all transaction stages: sourcing, qualification, pitch, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, closing, and integration.
• Develop investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership and the Board.
• Build detailed financial models, including long‑term projections, discounted cash‑flow, comparable company analysis, and pro‑forma statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather due‑diligence data and synthesize findings for risk‑mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex analyses.
