About the role
The Coordinator of Training and Development leads the orientation leader training program for new student orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming students and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the orientation leader training program for new student orientation.
- Plan and implement full‑day orientation sessions for incoming students and their families.
- Select, train, and supervise orientation staff and leaders.
- Develop and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
Required profile
- Experience planning and executing orientation or transition programs.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work with diverse staff and student populations.
- Preferred: prior university orientation experience.
