About the role

The Coordinator of Training and Development leads the orientation leader training program for new student orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming students and their families.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the orientation leader training program for new student orientation.
  • Plan and implement full‑day orientation sessions for incoming students and their families.
  • Select, train, and supervise orientation staff and leaders.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.

Required profile

  • Experience planning and executing orientation or transition programs.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work with diverse staff and student populations.
  • Preferred: prior university orientation experience.
