Content Marketing Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional content marketing talent to drive content strategy and execution for our high‑growth, market‑leading enterprise cloud software platform for life sciences. The role creates thought leadership, product‑level, and customer content in close collaboration with global marketing, strategy, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to develop original content in formats such as blog posts, white papers, infographics, and videos.
• Maximize the value and reach of high‑performing assets by turning them into derivative pieces for multiple channels.
• Build and execute content strategies that support short‑ and long‑term marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, customer, and field marketing to map, optimize, and execute content across the buyer journey.
• Maintain best practices in messaging, grammar, writing, and style.
• Measure and report on content performance, optimizing based on results.
• Contribute to standards, processes, and tools to improve cross‑functional efficiency.
• Stay current on content marketing trends and propose new ideas for testing.

Required profile

• 3+ years (5+ for senior) product or content marketing experience in B2B tech/enterprise software.
• Proven success leading integrated content strategy across the customer journey.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing and ability to simplify complex messaging.
• Thinker‑doer mindset: strategic planning combined with hands‑on content creation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Experience building relationships across teams and organizational levels.
