Construction Laborer – Skilled Multi-Trade Helper

About the role

The Construction Laborer supports renovation, repair, rehabilitation and property‑improvement projects through general construction labor and multi‑trade assistance. The role involves demolition, cleanup, material handling, measuring, cutting, assembling, installation support and maintaining safe, organized job sites while assisting licensed trades.

Key responsibilities

• Perform selective demolition, debris removal, hauling, sorting and lawful disposal of materials.
• Assist with framing, drywall, trim, doors, cabinets, flooring, painting, caulking, weatherproofing and punch‑list work.
• Support licensed plumbing, electrical and HVAC professionals with material staging, fixture placement, testing assistance and cleanup.
• Measure, cut, drill, fasten, assemble and install materials within authorized skill level.
• Load and unload vehicles, maintain accountability for tools and equipment, and keep job sites clean and safe.
• Document work progress with photographs and daily records, and report safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.

Required profile

• Proficiency with common hand and power tools used in construction and renovation.
• Working knowledge of multiple building trades such as carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC support.
• Ability to accurately follow measurements, project plans, written instructions and supervisor direction.

What we offer

• Hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 based on experience and skills.
