Construction Field Coordinator

About the role

Bolzano Construction is looking for a motivated Construction Field Coordinator to support residential and infill development projects. The role involves overseeing daily field activities, ensuring schedules stay on track, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety on job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field operations across active construction projects.
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and internal teams to keep schedules on track.
• Assist with project scheduling, inspections, material deliveries, and punch‑list completion.
• Monitor job‑site progress and report updates to project management.
• Support quality‑control efforts and ensure work follows plans and specifications.
• Track outstanding items and follow up for timely completion.
• Help coordinate permits, utilities, and inspections as needed.
• Maintain organized project documentation and keep job sites clean, safe, and professional.

Required profile

• Previous experience in construction, field coordination, or project coordination (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Self‑starter with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with construction management software (preferred).
