About the role
Invesco is seeking a Compliance Officer to support its Americas business operations and its Canadian subsidiary. The role will help ensure adherence to state, federal and self‑regulatory requirements, providing strategic advice and oversight across a range of investment products.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Canada CCO with regulatory filings, policy updates and conflict‑of‑interest assessments.
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to fulfill compliance requests.
- Conduct trade reviews, analysis and oversight to verify regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Support technology‑driven projects, data analysis and surveillance initiatives for the Americas region.
- Collaborate with the global compliance team on cross‑border compliance initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or related financial services.
- Experience with policy and procedure review, regulatory filings and trade oversight.
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse internal and external parties.
