About the role
The Community Manager for Navona will oversee the daily operations of an assigned multifamily property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
- Set rent rates, ensure timely rent and fee collection, and post payments accurately.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other housing regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive revenue and occupancy goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
