Community Manager – Lease-Up (Marlowe Peoria Place)

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Marlowe Peoria Place lease‑up phase, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and maintaining high standards of service. Reporting to property leadership, you will lead the on‑site team, manage resources, and drive performance against budgeted goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily property activities, including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Lead, train, and evaluate property staff to foster a high‑performing team.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to drive occupancy during the lease‑up period.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property management or leasing experience.
• Strong understanding of multifamily housing operations and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations.
• Experience with rent setting, collections, and revenue management.
• Leadership and team‑development capabilities.
