Community Manager for Apartment Complex

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of Laurel Canyon Apartments, ensuring smooth property performance and tenant satisfaction. This full‑time position reports to senior management and works closely with on‑site staff to meet financial and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent and fee collection, and post payments accurately.
• Maintain compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to drive occupancy and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve performance goals.
