Community Manager, Ambassador

About the role

Superhuman is looking for a Community Manager, Ambassador to design and scale community programs that connect users, ambassadors, and AI enthusiasts. In this hybrid role you will blend virtual engagement with in‑person collaboration to foster trust, innovation, and a strong brand community.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute community programs that drive engagement, participation, and member retention.
• Recruit, onboard, and support community members.
• Plan and facilitate virtual events, workshops, challenges, and community experiences.
• Manage and grow community platforms, including Slack and Common Room, while fostering a welcoming environment.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Communications teams to collect feedback and surface customer insights.
• Create content, communications, and engagement campaigns that celebrate community success.
• Analyze community health metrics and program performance to continuously improve initiatives.
• Build scalable processes, documentation, and operational systems for long‑term growth.
• Help establish best practices and contribute to the evolution of Superhuman’s community strategy.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in community management, customer advocacy, ambassador programs, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build, manage, or scale ambassador or champion communities.
• Passion for fostering community engagement and creating scalable systems.
