Community Health Worker I

About the role

The Community Health Worker I will join the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences team to support public health initiatives and improve patient outcomes across the community. Working closely with clinical staff, the CHW provides health education, outreach, and assistance to individuals and families in need.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach and health education sessions.
• Assist patients in navigating healthcare services and follow‑up appointments.
• Collect and document health‑related data for reporting and research.
