Communications Lead, Enterprise

About the role

Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Communications Lead to shape how the company engages with enterprise customers, partners, and buyers. The role will translate technical AI capabilities into compelling business narratives for CIOs, CFOs, and CISOs, and support product launches, industry initiatives, and executive thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Shape product and launch communications for business buyers, translating technical capabilities into actionable messaging for CIOs and CFOs.
• Lead partnership and customer storytelling, managing announcements end‑to‑end and creating proof‑point libraries for sales and marketing.
• Develop vertical and industry communications for priority sectors such as financial services and healthcare, and own major events like Industry Days and The Briefing series.
• Support executive thought leadership by preparing media interviews, stage appearances, and social content with a distinct voice.
• Monitor competitive landscape, craft positioning messages, and equip go‑to‑market teams with contrastive proof points.
• Write across formats including blog posts, briefing documents, bylines, and social media.
• Build relationships with top enterprise technology, business, and industry reporters.
• Collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, product marketing, and international teams to amplify stories.
• Create repeatable playbooks that enable a small team to deliver high‑impact communications.

Required profile

• Strong writing skills across multiple formats (blog posts, briefing documents, bylines, social media).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, sales, and partnership teams.
• Demonstrated track record of creating and executing communications strategies for enterprise audiences.
