About the role

Join Nestlé’s Coffee and Beverage Division to drive growth for iconic CPG brands, supporting the Go‑To‑Market strategy and delivering results for top retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the business within the NCP Go‑To‑Market strategy to achieve Annual Operating Plan and sales objectives.
• Drive sales and translate category‑marketing plans into CPG plans that build brand equity and market share.
• Develop and communicate clear business plans to retail partner teams and co‑create innovative ideas with marketing.
• Lead customer forecasting, ensure supply plans meet demand, and conduct quarterly business reviews for top customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of retail sales experience.
• Experience supporting business performance through analytics, reporting and sales‑related planning activities.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and decision‑making.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across functional teams.
