Club Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Club Assistant supports the Fifth Avenue Club by delivering personalized service to high‑end clients. You will act as a trusted point of contact when consultants are unavailable, ensuring seamless client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and address client needs in the consultant’s absence.
• Serve as liaison between clients and consultants.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manage time effectively.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required, including administrative support.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury or high‑touch environments.
• Flexible availability for nights and weekends.
• Professional, polished demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to interact respectfully with diverse customers and team members.
